Prospecting

Understanding the Client is the first step before start. Actually, this is already the start when developing on the internet. We look at each new inquiry in detail. As soon as we have an understanding of the Client specifications we will send you a cost estimate based on a stages breakdown done by our designers and developers. By this time you will have a view of what is involved in terms of costs and time spent till completion.

Development

The design team starts sketching your project and the developers will start scripting and building your databases. In every stage defined for the project a sign off is required by the Client. The Client will have great visibility over the progress of the project by being allowed to access our online lab trough a Client name and password.

First Prototype

The first prototype is presented to the client and a general feedback is required. Agreed changes will be incorporate at this stage.

Testing Functionality

All features are tested by the QA team and the results reported to the Client.

Platform Testing

Several tests in all the major platforms are done in order to guarantee cross browser accessibility. We can only certify that the code is reliable as we cannot control or take any responsibility for hardware failures or the bandwidth of the ISP the Client is using.

Release

Finally the product is delivered after all the tests. CREOLIB will monitor the project for a period agreed in your cost proposal in case there is no site maintenance contract agreement. Any problems found during this period will be solved, with no additional cost to the Client.
